Terms & Conditions

The terms below apply to every cleaning service provided by KeMir Deep Cleaning Services across Sydney. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all cleaning services provided by KeMir Deep Cleaning Services (ABN 63 381 254 661), trading as Kemir Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a service, requesting a quote, or engaging us in any way, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Final pricing is confirmed after inspection of the item(s) on site. Heavily soiled items, pet stains, biohazards, or oversized furniture may attract additional charges, which will be communicated before work commences.

Written quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

3. Bookings & Access

Bookings are confirmed once a date, time window and address have been agreed via phone, SMS, email or our online form.

The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property, including parking within a reasonable distance and access to power and water where required.

If our technicians cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a call-out fee of $50 may apply.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full on the day of service unless a written agreement (e.g. commercial contract) states otherwise.

We accept cash, bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. A surcharge may apply to card payments.

Overdue invoices may incur interest and reasonable recovery costs.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may attract a cancellation fee of up to $80 to cover allocated time and travel.

We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of adverse weather, equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases no cancellation fee applies.

6. Our Cleaning Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, notify us within 72 hours and we will return to re-clean that area free of charge.

The guarantee covers cleanability and workmanship only. It does not cover permanent staining, dye migration, pre-existing damage, or issues disclosed prior to service.

7. Stains, Fabrics & Realistic Expectations

We use commercial hot-water extraction equipment and professional-grade, eco-friendly solutions selected to suit each fabric type.

While we achieve excellent results in the vast majority of cases, some stains (permanent dyes, bleach damage, sun fade, old set-in stains, ink, some pet urine) may not be fully removable. We will always advise you honestly of the likely outcome before commencing.

Fabric shrinkage, colour bleeding or texture change is an inherent risk on some upholstery and rugs; the client accepts this risk where the manufacturer’s care label is missing, unreadable, or contradicts a wet-clean method.

8. Drying Times

Typical drying times are 2–6 hours for upholstery and 4–8 hours for carpets and mattresses, depending on fabric, humidity and ventilation.

The client is responsible for keeping children and pets off cleaned surfaces until fully dry.

9. Liability

KeMir Deep Cleaning Services carries public liability insurance and our technicians take all reasonable care.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, latent defects, unstable dyes, or damage caused by items not disclosed to us prior to service.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service performed.

10. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, address, phone, email) solely to provide our services, process payments and communicate with you.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of NSW.
